WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Shipping Fees
FORNO brand products include complimentary shipping on purchases over $1,099 within the continental U.S. For THOR Kitchen, shipping is free on the vast majority of items, with only a few exceptions where charges may apply. Shipping fees for all other brand products are determined by the gross weight of the product and the delivery destination. All times and dates provided for delivery are offered in good faith but should be considered estimates only.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
