Return and Refund Policy
At Kitchen Ranges Direct, we aim to provide the best shopping experience and stand by the quality of our products. However, if you need to return or cancel your order, the following terms apply:
Return Policy:

Return Period: Items can be returned within 30 days of the original order date.

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns after delivery. Freight costs are also the customer’s responsibility.

Order Modifications and Cancellations:

Order Changes Post-Processing: Modifications made after a tracking number is assigned will incur a 10% reworking fee.

Order Cancellation in Transit: Orders canceled while in transit will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Reconsignment Fees: Reconsignment requests (changes to the delivery address) made after the order has shipped will incur a 25% reconsignment fee.
Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date we receive and confirm the returned item(s).
